How long does the extended warranty last?
To 1 additional year from the standard warranty, with a total maximum of 3 years or 1500 hours of work (The thing that happens first).
Is the battery for the EX4 model included?
Yes. The EX48's 4V battery has to 5 years (no operating limit).
How do I activate the extension?
You must meet the maintenance requirements, have the warranty activated from the start, and follow the procedures indicated by our technical team. Everything must be recorded.
Which vehicles are excluded from the warranty?
Excluded are used vehicles, rentals, leases, or those used in competitions. Also excluded are those that do not meet maintenance requirements or have not properly activated the warranty.
Where do I send a complaint?

Is the warranty transferred if I sell the vehicle?
Yes. As long as it is notified to Corvus, the warranty may be transferred to the new owner during its term.
