After his time as Team Leader of the Himoinsa RacingTeam, Miguel Puertas It has not left the sands of the desert, and back in June it surprised us with the announcement of this new adventure. A Granada-Merzouga-Granada raid in which the navigation and the kilometers traveled are above the stopwatch.
CORVUS, in addition to being the main sponsor of the test, was the only team participating in the UTV modality. Of the two vehicles AdventureT900 that we were able to see over the Moroccan desert, one of them did it as an official rider, and the other as an assistance and support vehicle for the organization of the test. Furthermore, throughout the event, the 1000Dunas team was supported by the CORVUS official truck, who in an extraordinary way carried out the logistics and storage of the pilots' material.
Both machines withstood the harshness of the test perfectly and were up to the task of the terrain and its difficulties. And thanks to the exceptional handling of Pedro Saura Jiménez and Miguel Rodríguez Vallejo, CORVUS has won its first trophy in a test of these characteristics.
At the end of this adventure, Pedro Saura was very excited and commented that »It has been incredible...an experience that is difficult to forget. The feeling is very different from what you have driving a motorcycle. Without a doubt, I encourage all people who like this world to try 4 wheels in the desert.
