ALL DISSEMINATION/PROMOTION MATERIALS SUBJECT TO ERDF COFINANCING ARE SUBJECT TO REGULATION (EU) 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17/12/2013, according to which the beneficiaries are responsible for informing of such ERDF co-financing, through the insertion of their logo on all materials, to adequately reflect the financing of such elements by the Community Funds.The cost related to those promotion and dissemination materials, which do not expressly reflect the ERDF logo, will not be subject to Community co-financing under the Xpande Digital Program.
